A City of Ashes
In the post-apocalyptic era, cities lay in ruins, skyscrapers skeletal against an ashen sky. Nature reclaimed the land, with vines and trees overtaking the crumbling infrastructure. The air was thick with decay, and silence reigned, broken only by distant cries of mutated creatures. Survivors, fragmented and wary, formed tight-knit groups, fiercely protective and distrustful. Resources were scarce; clean water and food were treasures. Technology was a relic, with electricity a rare luxury.
This era was a testament to human resilience and fragility, a harsh crucible forging the future.
